Rules & Regulations

To ensure the safety of all members and compliance with local and federal laws, please adhere to the following rules:

• Always follow FAA regulations for recreational drone use
• Register your drone with the FAA if it weighs more than 0.55 lbs (250 grams)
• Fly only in designated areas during club events
• Maintain visual line-of-sight with your drone at all times
• Do not fly over people or moving vehicles
• Respect others' privacy and do not conduct surveillance
• Do not fly under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Report any incidents or near-misses to club officials immediately
